Operation

1. Prepare the stemming for insertion.
2. Clip IED lead wires or Shocktube into the cap's gate.
3. Insert the closed end into the blast hole until cap fingers engage the wall.
4. Ensure lead wires or Shocktube are free from tangles.
5. Position the stemming as desired in the blast hole while holding the leads.
